FOR CHEESE JAMS

PEPPERED BLACK MISSION FIG PRESERVE - Recommended cheeses: Blue cheese, from Cambazola to Stilton. This preserve combines the rich texture and taste of figs with lemon, thyme and  a little kick of pepper. These flavor combinations are a perfect foil to blue cheese, especially strong ones.

SOUR CHERRY WITH LEMON BALM PRESERVE - Recommended chesses: All goat cheese, young and old, and triple creams. The tartness of sour cherries combined with the herbal citrus of lemon balm is fabulous in this whole fruit, not too sweet preserve.

SPICED QUINCE PRESERVE - Recommended cheeses: Manchego, parmesan, Old cheddar, other firm cheeses. Although quince can be hard to work with straight off the tree, this quince preserve is well balanced with the perfect amount of aromatic spices. Your cheese will be lonely without it!

PURPLE BASIL JELLY- Recommended Cheeses: Triple cream, 3 year old cheddar - Raw milk, parmigiano reggiano. This jelly provides both vibrant color and great basil taste. It's not too sweet citrus base mak4s it perfect for any part of a meal. Can be used as a glaze for cheesecakes and cheese tarts.

GOLDEN RASPBERRY JAM - Recommended cheeses: All ages of goat milk cheese, from young (Valencay) to aged (Chaput), Monterey Jack, Mozzarella. This tart and delicious jam can be a great accompaniment to any goat cheese, depending on personal taste. It's bright color makes it the perfect quick and easy garnish to the simple yet always appropriate cheese and cracker. Combine with mascarpone with any dessert.

HONEYS

LAVENDER HONEY - The floral bouquet of lavender blossoms in prairie flower honey. Divine on waffles, scones and sweeten your favorite tea. Use as a glaze on fish and meats or drizzle over fruit salad.

CHILI HONEY - A perfect combination of sweet and spice. Enjoy on pancakes, cornbread, or sourdough bread. Use as a glaze for pork, salmon or chicken. Adds  zip to salad dressings and zing to ice cream.

STAR ANISE HONEY - Enjoy the rich flavor of prairie flower honey with the licorice flavor of star anise. Drizzle over muffins or French toast and into coffee and tea. Use as a substitute for plain honey in baking, as a glaze or dipping sauce.

SPICE RUBS

LAVENDER CITRUS - Perfect for any fish (especially fresh tuna), chicken or pork. Use this aromatic rub to create a delicate and delicious crust that seals in the juices.

CINNAMON CHILI - A delightful combination of sweet and spicy. Superb on chicken, pork, beef, salmon and veggies. Juices are sealed in and flavors enhanced. Adds a kick to caramelized onions.

PORCINI WILD MUSHROOM - Has an exotic wild mushroom fragrance and taste. Thai red rice in rub helps to form crust and seal in juices. Extremely versatile, can be added to anything that requires an extra kick of mushrooms - soups, pastas, risotto, even mashed potatoes.

JUNIPER BERRY SPICE RUB - Wonderful for lamb, beef duck, goose or venison. The ingredients are toasted whole to ensure that the natural oils of the herbs and spices are brought out prior to grinding.
