Catherine’s is a small family-owned company that began in 1982 as a bakery and preserve shop on Brooke Ave. in Toronto. Great care is taken in producing three generations of family recipes. Using local Ontario sourced produce whenever possible, each kettle of preserves is handmade from recipes of Catherine’s, her mother's, or grandmother's.
